Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Dear June. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Dear June provides short-form content creation services for weddings, events, celebrations, and brand experiences. Services include phone-shot video content, behind-the-scenes coverage, and edited vertical videos as outlined in selected packages.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid and confirmation has been provided by Dear June. Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

Dear June reserves the right to decline enquiries at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable.

If the Client cancels services, any payments made beyond the deposit are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If Dear June is unavailable for the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

5. Coverage & Creative Approach

Dear June captures content in a candid, unobtrusive manner. While every effort is made to capture meaningful moments, specific moments or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Creative direction, editing style, and final content selection remain at the discretion of Dear June.

6. Content Delivery

Delivery timelines are outlined in the selected package. Delays caused by factors outside of Dear June’s control may occur.

Raw footage is supplied for personal use only and may not be altered, edited, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Content Usage & Social Media

By booking Dear June, the Client grants permission for content captured during the event to be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

This may include footage of guests and attendees. Dear June will always aim to share content respectfully. Any requests to limit content usage must be submitted in writing prior to the event.

8. Travel & Accommodation

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in package pricing unless stated otherwise and will be quoted separately if required.

9. Third-Party Vendors & Venues

Dear June is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues, coordinators, or other vendors that may limit content capture.

10. Liability

Dear June is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, technical issues, venue restrictions, or guest interference.

Liability is limited to the value of services paid.

11. Website Use

All content displayed on this website is the property of Dear June and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Amendments

Dear June reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
